and 3rd dam of Commutation, the sire of an unnamed mare which is the grandam of 1) the outstanding racehorse and sire Sir Charles (20 victories from 26 career starts, mostly in the highest class, Leading Sire in North America 1830, 1831, 1832, 1833, 1836); and of 2) Janette, winner of top class races in 1826
