Shown in the General Stud Book as sire of Mr. Durham's Favourite described merely as a Son of Bald Galloway, but his stallion advertisement in the 9 March 1733-1734 edition of the Newcastle Courant names him as Royal Ball, sire of Mr. Durham's Favourite
Mr. Durham's Favourite won the 1733 King's Plate [mares] Hambleton, and was grandam of Traveller (1751 King's Plate Edinburgh, 1752 King's Plates Lewes, Canterbury, Newmarket); and 3rd dam of Mambrino (1775 Jockey Club Plate, King's Plate Newmarket)
Royal Ball had no other known progeny
